Managing distributed connections to Db2 and preventing wayward threads from spiraling have surfaced as a key challenge for DBAs. Join this session to use profile tables to effectively monitor distributed threads and take appropriate action to minimize impact from potential bad actors. We will then look at an innovative customer application of profiles to control JDBC connections and redirects select connections to the appropriate drivers.
