About me
I am a seasoned DB2 System Programmer for z/OS with close to 20 years of experience supporting mission‑critical mainframe environments. I began my career working with DB2 Version 7 and have evolved alongside the platform, currently supporting multiple clients running DB2 Version 12 and Version 13.Throughout my career, I have led and executed numerous DB2 installations, version upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities, ensuring stable, secure, and high‑performing database environments. I have extensive hands‑on experience supporting and integrating leading ISV tools, including solutions from BMC and CA Broadcom.My primary technical expertise lies in REXX programming, where I have designed and developed numerous automation solutions to streamline operational tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort across DB2 system administration.In addition to core DB2 system programming, I have worked with several related IBM products and technologies, including IBM Data Replication (CDC), Integrated Synchronization, IBM DB2 Analytics Accelerator for z/OS, and IBM DB2 Load utilities, enabling advanced analytics, data movement, and performance optimization for clients.Outside of work, I am a proud parent of two beautiful daughters. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, playing badminton, and traveling, which helps me maintain a healthy balance between professional and personal life.
